Technical
Tailored Systems offer a full in store repair service for Laptops/Desktops backed by qualified technicians.
We work in full view of the shop floor and are happy to answer questions during the repair process.
To arrange a repair we need the machine as a place holder, just pop into the store and we can book your laptop/Desktop in on a 1st come 1st served basis. We don't offer fast track repairs at a premium rate, the only queue jumpers are warranties.

Data Backup Price Guide
· Data up to 10GB £10.00 · Data from 10GB – 50GB £15.00 · Data from 50GB – 100GB £20.00 · Data from 100GB – 150GB £25.00 · Data from 150GB – 200GB £30.00 · Data from 200GB – 500GB £40.00 · Data from 500GB – 1TB+ £50.00
External Work (Call Out)
· Local (up to 2 miles) £35.00 · Local Villages (up to 8 miles) £45.00 · Above 8 miles (+50p per mile £45.00
Prices above include call out and up to 1 hours labour. £25.00 per hour thereafter. At Tailored Systems we try as much as possible to prevent the loss of any data,but hardware and software faults can happen that are out of our control. If a data backup is not possible then please state to the technicians and we can take extra caution in preventing data loss.
